Terms of Service

Oryne is a personal executive-intelligence assistant that connects to the tools you authorize, organizes what matters, and resurfaces relevant context when you need it.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You choose which third-party services to connect. You represent that you have the right to grant Oryne access to content from those services.

You retain all rights to your data. You grant Oryne a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

You will not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice, which applies from your next renewal.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Oryne and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Oryne is an assistant and may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for decisions you make based on its output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and you may export or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oryne operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
