Connected content: with your explicit permission, Oryne accesses content from the apps you connect (for example email, messages, and calendar) in order to organize and resurface it for you.

Usage and device data: such as interactions with the app and basic diagnostics that help us keep the Service reliable and secure.

To deliver and elevate your experience — building your contextual memory, intelligently prioritizing messages, generating proactive briefings, and personalizing drafts to save you time.

To maintain, optimize, and improve the Service, ensuring peak performance, rock-solid reliability, and ironclad security.

To communicate thoughtfully with you regarding essential service updates, security advisories, and responsive customer support.

We believe in complete transparency: Oryne uses your data responsibly and solely to provide and enhance your experience. We never sell your personal information and we do not use your private content to train shared public models.

Oryne is designed to keep your data under your control. With on-prem and air-gapped deployments, all processing — ingestion, embeddings, memory-graph construction and model inference — happens entirely within infrastructure you operate, with zero data egress to Oryne or third-party model providers.

Wherever possible, processing happens for your account alone. Access tokens and connected-app credentials are stored securely and used only to provide the features you enable.

Trusted service partners: To deliver seamless functionality, secure hosting, authentication, and platform diagnostics, Oryne may collaborate with select, vetted third-party service providers. These partners process relevant data strictly on our behalf to help us operate, enhance, and maintain the Service you rely on.

Strict privacy & security standards: Every third-party service provider we work with is bound by stringent confidentiality, data security, and privacy commitments. They are never permitted to use your data for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.

Connected app integrations: When you choose to connect third-party tools (such as your email, calendar, or messaging platforms), data is synchronized securely solely to power the productivity features you explicitly activate, and you can revoke integration permissions at any time.

No selling of data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Aside from trusted service providers operating under strict contracts or when strictly required by law, your data stays protected.

Business transitions: If Oryne is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will provide advance notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to any new privacy terms.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect apps or delete your account at any time.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, subject to limited retention required for legal or security purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and immutable audit logging.

On-prem deployments add the strongest safeguard of all: your content and your memory graph remain inside your own security perimeter, behind your firewall, under your policies.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can exercise these rights from your settings or by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent for connected apps at any time.

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with this Policy.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
